(九)斜行拗步
身体右转,两腿向下松塌裆劲,步型不变。右手逆缠向右向后转至右胯后侧,掌型不变;左手顺缠向下转落至前方,掌心斜向右,掌指斜向前上方。(图53)

身体左转,左腿弓膝塌劲,身体重心移至左腿,随之右腿屈膝提起,脚尖自然勾起;同时左手变逆缠,向右划弧经腹前向左转至左胯侧,掌心向下,掌指斜向前;右手变顺缠,向上转至右侧前方,掌心斜向前,掌指斜向上。眼看右前方。(图54)

身体右转,右脚向下震落,随之弓膝塌劲,提起左脚以脚跟内侧贴地,向左前方擦出,脚跟着地,脚尖翘起,成左仆步。同时右手逆缠向下向左划弧转至右胯侧,掌心向下,掌指向前;左手仍顺缠,向上屈肘向内转至左侧胸前,掌心斜向上,掌指斜向左前上方。眼看左前方。(图55、56)

身体左转,左脚尖落地踏实,随之屈膝前弓,成左侧弓步。同时左手逆缠向内向下经右膝前变勾手,向右上方搂转至肩高,勾尖向下;右手逆缠向上转至肩高,屈肘手向内转至右腮侧,掌心向左,掌指向上。眼法不变。(图57、58)

【要点】身体左右转动时,要以腰脊为轴,平稳转动,身体保持中正。当右掌向前下塌按时,裆劲也要随之向下松塌,右手形成采势,左手形成扌列势然后变挤势。左勾手要挤至左腿外侧。
