4.7　Fence and Entrance/Exit

4.7.1　Fence shall be set up around the separately established warehouse area.Fence should be in solid wall and at least 2.40m high.Unless specifically required，no fence shall be set up between units with the warehouse area inside or any unit within the warehouse area.For warehouses and laydown areas scattered within the process area of the enterprise，the fence of the process area should be used.

4.7.2　The minimum distance between the fence and the building（structure）shall meet the requirements specified in Table 4.7.2 below.

4.7.3　Besides the entrance/exit for passing train，at least 2 entrances/exits shall be provided for the fence，which shall be connected smoothly and directly with the road outside the warehouse area.Such entrances/exits should be arranged in different directions，or at least 30.0m apart from each other if arranged in the same direction.The clear width of the entrance/exit shall be at least 6.4m for passing trains and 4.0m for passing motor vehicles.

4.7.4　The main entrance/exit for people and the main entrance/exit for goods should be arranged separately.The entrance/exit for passing trains shall not be used concurrently by people.

4.7.5　Guard House shall be established close to the main entrance/exit.

4.7.6　A truck parking lot should be provided close to the main truck entrance/exit with a capacity compatible with the number of trucks to be parked.
