Yeah，this is a very common expression. If you go out and you drink，but maybe you drink a lit tle bit too much，the next day you'll have a hangover. Now this is a noun. You can also say：I'm hungover. This is a adj-ective（形容词）.

It basically means maybe you have a headache，your stomach hurts，and you just feel really uncomfortable. This is called a hangover.
