0.6 Organization of the Book

This book consists of seven parts.The first part is an introduction to the whole book,stating the research background,research motivations,objectives,significance,methodologies and the structure of the book.In the first chapter,natures of translation and literary translation are discussed in detail.The second chapter gives a review of previous studies of theories and practice of criticism,literary criticism and translation criticism in China and in the West in order to know better their essences.The third chapter is a detailed review and discussion of criticism of literary translation at the practical and theoretical levels.The fourth chapter serves as a theoretical foundation offering an introduction and discussion of axiology and the related evaluation theories.Chapter 5 is the authors' detailed discussion about the value of literary works,values of literary translation and main factors concerning criticism of literary translation.Chapter 6 is the summary and conclusion of the research,pointing out the major findings of the present study and offering some suggestions for further studies at the same time.
